Property Mapping

Tired of old satellite imagery? Looking for something unique to show off the hard work on your property? These high-resolution prints provide a rendering of your property and how it currently looks TODAY! Not 5 or 10 years ago. We offer all different size laminated maps that allow you to use dry erase markers right on them. This allows you to adjust your plans right on the fly, from treestand locations to new food plots. We also offer metal prints for a more decorative option. As most property owners know, the continual adjustments and additions never end when it comes to maximizing our properties. These maps allow you to plan and strategize the work to come with your family and friends year after year.

HOW?

We come to you! Using our new commercial drones, we take hundreds, if not thousands of images flying over your property. Each photo has significant overlap with one another. We then use specialized software to stich the images together forming what is called an ortho mosaic. This provides not only the best imagery but an accurate perspective of the property from above. The reason you cannot simply take a picture of a property from above is because much of the property will be viewed from an inaccurate perspective/angle providing a very skewed map. We then offer you a digital copy of the map, or numerous printed options to hang wherever you choose.

Whitetail Herd Analysis

Hunters know that when it comes to managing a deer population, the more intelligence we can gather the better. This is exactly why trail cameras took off in the industry. However, trail cameras only gather a very small amount of data. Completing a whitetail herd analysis can gather vital information that we can use to achieve your wildlife management goals. Whether it be seeing more deer for the whole family, chasing mature bucks, or improving the buck to doe ratio, a herd analysis gives us a great glimpse around what your herd looks like during that time period. This allows you to adjust your management strategy and ultimately manage your property better.

HOW?

We scour the entire property using our thermal drone capabilities to identify the deer on the property. How many deer, the sex of the deer, the health of the deer, and so on. Sometimes using multiple pilots, so that it can be covered quickly and efficiently to reduce double counting and to maintain our accurate numbers as best we can. We can also provide mapping and data with exact deer locations that can be uploaded into many of your hunting apps or even added to prints. These are mainly completed (depending on your area) from December, when the foliage is gone, to February/March when many of the deer are still holding their antlers. If ratios are not as important to you, this can sometimes be extended slightly.
