Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! If the owner of the property is a veteran, active-duty service member, retiree, or currently in the reserves, we are happy to provide a 10% discount. We also provide a discount to anyone that can refer another property owner or client within 30 mins of their project location if they book at the same time.
How far will you travel?
We will travel nationwide!
What does the property mapping service provide?
When you hire us for property mapping, we will come out to your project location and fly the drone to gather however many images it takes to create a digital high-resolution map. We then use our specialized software to create that image to your specifications. The initial service provides you everything needed to create the map. Then, you simply decide if you want a digital copy or what prints you would like us to create for you, and those costs will be added to the total quote.
Are you licensed, registered, and insured?
Yes. Any pilot flying for us will be certified as a remote pilot under the FAA's Small UAS Rule (Part 107). This license is required for anyone wishing to fly a drone and commercially (generate a profit) no matter the size of the drone. Our drones are registered with the numbers properly affixed and each flight will have insurance coverage.
What type of prints do you provide?
Our two most common prints are laminated maps (which work perfectly with dry erase markers), and metal prints.

LAMINATED PRINTS: These can be rolled for storage, folded and put into a small compartment, or mounted/framed as you see fit. We do not offer framing services. Vertical and Horizontal options. Available sizes: 8.5x11, 11x17, 16x20, 18x24, 22x28, 24x36, 28x40, 36x48.

METAL PRINTS: These prints look great as a more decorative option. Vivid full color prints with a high gloss finish. DO NOT USE DRY ERASE MARKERS ON THESE. Vertical and horizontal options. They also come with keyhole and french cleat hanging options already attached. Available sizes: 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36.
Can I just make my own prints?
You certainly can choose to purchase the digital map and make your own prints. However, we have tested our print options for the best quality and recommend you order from us directly. If you order from a third party, we cannot be of any help if they send a poor-quality product over to you.
What is the turnaround time for prints?
Once we have completed your flight and arrived back home, we ask for 2-5 days to complete post processing. We then order your prints. On average (depending on location and sizes in stock), prints take about 2 weeks to get to you. Therefore, we usually say 3-4 weeks, depending on the project size and any customizations.
How much is shipping?
If you spend $100 or more in prints, we will ship your products to you for FREE. No matter the size and quantity.
Will you recover deer for hunters?
Currently the state of MI does not allow us to use our drones to locate deer hunters have shot. If we perform any services during the hunting season in your area, you will be asked to sign a waiver stating you will not be hunting the animals at this time.
How quickly can you come out to complete my project?
Scheduling can be tricky at times. Mapping can be done mostly year-round. However, the image will replicate how things look when we complete our flight. If snow is on the ground, it will be in your print. For herd analysis, the optimal time to complete is when the leaves have fallen and the rut is over with for deer, but before the lose their antlers. Often from Dec-Mar or so depending on the area. Weather plays a role as well when it comes to completing the flight. We ask clients to be slightly flexible when possible so that we can deliver the absolute best product.
